We use email as the primary way to process takedown requests.

Include the following information

Your full name and role (copyright owner or authorized agent).
Contact email where we can reach you.
Exact link to the sound on NoiseFX that should be removed.
Description of the original work you own rights to.
A clear statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

Incomplete requests may be delayed because we will need to ask for missing details.

What happens next

After we receive a complete notice we review it and usually remove or block access to the reported sound. In some cases we may contact you for clarification.
